network is a PC based environment consisting of multiple workstations
connected through a high quality Pentium file server. The NMRC
network allows enhanced quality control through real-time management
review, detailed breakdowns of collector activity, and monitoring
capability, while preventing calls outside of legal calling hours.

Delinquent Customer Locate Systems
 NMRC is fully equipped
with the most technologically advanced delinquent customer locate
systems. In addition to credit data access and reporting capabilities
the three major credit reporting agencies, CD-ROM programs are accessed
to obtain new phone listings and criss-cross information. Alternate
resources include, 1-800 Caller Identification, Department of Motor
Vehicles, Chamber of Commerce, National Change of Address (NCOA),
Utility Companies, and Bankruptcy Courts.
